MS office template and media control has failed to install.

I'm trying to download an online clip art off of
Microsoft's website. After I select the appropriate clip
art I want, I click on the download icon. It tells me
that in order to download my clip art, I have to do an
install of some sort. I click on download and get the
following error message:

MS Office template and media ActiveX control failed to
install.

Can anyone help?

You may want to check the security settings in your
browser or permissions on your PC for your user profile
http://office.microsoft.com/assistance/hfws.aspx?AssetID=HP010349411033
You may also want to check in Internet Explorer
in Tools=>Internet Options=>General=>[Settings]=>View Objects
and delete the control if it's there then restart IE and
visit the site.
