MS Office Tool Bars in different Languages

I plan on purchasing MS Office 2003 here in the states... however will be
staying and working in Europe. Is there a way to purchase Office in the US
and then do "something" so that the tool bars, controls etc... are in a
different language? This is more than just being able to type in a different
language that I think the Language PAC provides.
