Ms. Office update scan...NEED HELP....

I used Office update, when its scan its only scan up to
54% or 57%. Why?

I already download an update and install to Ms. Office
2000 SR-1, Service Pack 3.

Just for incase not right or not all update I manually
install, I want to use Ms. Office update website to update
my Ms. Office 2000 SR-1, SP3. But, it was only up to 54%
or 57%, then it stop and ask to try again.

I tried, tried, 5 to 10 times still not working, anyone
know why?
and whats the solution?

If neither of those helps, you may want to clean up the Windows Installer
entries for Office 2000, then re-install Office to its original location to
restore the good installer entries:
