Every time you uninstall Office using the uninstall tool and then reinstall
it, you are going to be asked to enter your registration key. If you mean
that you have done this, and the Application *still* asks you to enter your
registration key, something (I don't know what) is amiss with the way the
the application was installed.

could be a permissions problem:

OS 10.2.x: Run the Disk Utility (in the ./Applications/Utilities
folder). From the First Aid tab, click "Repair Disk Permissions".

OS 10.1.5: Run Repair Privileges (same folder, or download from
Apple: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106900

If that doesn't help, you may have a corrupt file. Either run Remove
Office application from the Install CD's Value Pack, or remove the
serial number information by removing
these two files:

~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Microsoft Office Settings (10)
HD/Applications/Microsoft Office X/Office/OfficePID

(the latter is a hidden file, so you need to find it using Find in
the Finder, and set visibility to all). The "~" refers to your home
directory.
