MS Office XP doesn't run in limited user accounts

I am running MS Office XP standard on a PC with a MS
Windows XP OS. The MS Office programs work fine in the
administrator account, but will not function in limited
user accounts. When logged-in as a limited user,
accessing MSWord, MSExcel or MSPowerPoint results in
a "WinStart.exe" error report issued to Microsoft and a
request to repair the MSoffice installation. I have
performed the installation repair, but the same error
still occurs.

PS - If I run the program as the administrator in the
limited account, the application will function. Could
this be a directory permissions issue?

Any help or suggestions?
