.I got a new computer and want to install windows xp
-- 2002 on it. The cd is corupted. I have proof that I purchased it. How can
I get a replacement?

Windows XP and Office XP are 2 different software packages which you post
seemed to mix up.

Whichever one you want, you will need to contact (local) Microsoft office
for a replacement media. Obviously, they will need proof of purchase.
