MS Office XP Multilanguage Pack conflicting with 2003 update

On my PC I have Office XP professional supported by the MS
Office XP Professional Multilanguage Pack. Lately I bought
Frontpage 2003 Upgrade and installed it. By doing this all
my language supports (except for English and French) have
been removed. I have tried to reinstall them and the
system feedback tells me that I have to first install
Office XP. Funny enough all applications except for FP are
2002 (XP) versions.
Any suggestion?
