MS Office XP professional SP3 update CD won't automatically insta.

The CD Full File and Standard files both ask for me to specify a file
location for installation. I don't know which file to specify. I expected
the update to know where to go with the update installation. I didn't use
the internet download because I have only dial up serveice that would take
311 minutes to download.
How can I get the SP3 CD to install properly?

The SP3 files on the CD are compressed. You should create a new folder
somewhere on your hard drive, to which the installer will extract the
compressed files on the CD. This folder can be anywhere you want, as long as
you know where it is... I suggest C:\OfficeXP_SP3. Once the installer
extracts the compressed files to the new folder you created, the installer
should automatically find your Office XP files and apply the updates from the
folder you created.
