MS Office XP Small Business Edition and SP3 Install Concern

I have a Dell Dimension 8200 computer with windows XP Prof (SP2) and MS
Office XP Small Business Edition (SP1&2). I am trying to decide whether to
take the chance of installing MS Office XP SP3 with a possible conflict
problem with windows XP SP2 already installed, or just go ahead and upgrade
to MS Office 2003 (I have the retail copy). For anyone using Office 2003,
have you found the additional benefits worth while enough to make the
change? Thanks for any comments, Sam.
