MS Office XP update fails.

I tried to update MS Office XP after a brand new OS and Office install on an
Intel 3 GHz, 1 GB Ram system and Office Update found and tried to install
Office SP3. Returned an, "Installation Unsuccessful," error message. I
rebooted, tried again and received the same error.
