We recently purchased a Dell PE400SC server using Linux
Red Hat and two desktop workstations with MS XP
Professional. We would like to purchase Office 2003
Edition and would like to know if we can purchase one
software program and install on both desktop
workstations? Or do we have to purchase a Microsoft
Volume Licensing?

You need to purchase two licences: Volume Licencing only starts at five
installations, I believe

While it is true that volume licenses start at 5, they can
be a combination of licenses, such as 2 for Office, 2 for
XP, one for Visio, etc.
