MS One Note 2003... can I download sp1 if I already have sp2?

You need to have Outlook 2003 installed for the functionality to work.

That feature requires Outlook 2003.

The Office service packs are cumulative, meaning that if you have a higher-
numbered SP installed, it should have all of the bug fixes and improvements
of the earlier servce packs. If you already have OneNote SP2, it will have
everything from SP1.
