Yes, it is possible. Click Insert>>Files Browse to where your .pdf and
insert. You will see the pdf placeholder on your Onenote screen. You can
right click on the filename pdf icon and go to Insert as Printout to view
the open document. This works for Onenote 2007, and I'm not sure about
2003.
