MS Outllok Calendar to HTC TYTN2 Syncing

We (my company) have just migrated to MS Outlook - some of my calendar
entries now sync correctly on my TYTN2 using Active Sync while others do not !

Any ideas ?

Are these entries in the same calendar folder? What version of Outlook?
What version of ActiveSync? Have you looked at
microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync?

Yes all in the same calendar folder

Outlook 2007

Active Sync 4.5.0

Do you see any characteristics that might typify the events that don't sync.
ActiveSync can be configured to ignore events that are older that a
particular time. By default, it syncs all future events and only the past
two weeks.
