MS Outlook 2000 resets display when launched

When I launch MS Outlook 2000 my display resets itself to low res / 8 bit
color. When I quit the application the display resets to the 16 bit Hi-Res
mode.


I have reinstalled Office 2X with no change. Anyone see this before?
