MS outlook 2000.

My entire mother board crashed last Friday. The people who
repaired it save my hard drive, but backed up all of my
information on the hard drive and re installed it as one
folder in my documents. What a pain. I reinstalled MS
office and my Outlook 2000, but while outlook is working
all of my old e-mails deleteed e-mails and contact book is
still missing. I am pretty sure the info I need is there,
but I don't know how to get it back into my reinstalled
version of Outlook 2000.

Can anyone help me?

Lost and confused.

Search for files with a .PST extension -- that's where all your Outlook
data (contacts, appointments, mail, etc.) is stored. Look here for all
the information you need on backup and restoration of Outlook data:
