MS Outlook 2002 Deleted Items Folder error on Win98SE

Hi All,

MS Outlook 2002 on Win98se

I've problem in deleting MS Outllook mail in "Deleted Items Folder". There
are 6 mails in this folder. I tried using Empty "Deleted Items" Folder and
it give me error message
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down."
"OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at
0187:bff7671f."

Please advise me how to solve the above error.

If I were in your shoes, I'd create a new PST, make it my default delivery
location, and move everything in the old PST to the new PST (excepting the
Deleted Items, of course). I'd then close the old PST, close Outlook,
delete the old PST from disk, and restart Outlook. The problem should be
fixed.
