MS Outlook 2002: How to send out an original attachement ?

Dear Sir,

I had drafted an e-mail and sent it to my work superior for verification and
making amendment.

She then returned back the attachment to me for sending out to various
recipients.

When I opened up the attached e-mail, I found that the Send Button could not
function as it was in the draft folder.

I had to copy all its content including the recipients to a new e-mail body
for sending out.

May I know if there is a way for me to update my draft e-mail in the draft
folder before sending it out direct from there?

I tried to use Save As to update my earlier draft, but could not find the
Outlook Draft Folder after clicking

Right-click an item in the Drafts folder and choose Forward to create a new
message containing the contents of the draft.

May I know if there is a way for me to update my draft e-mail in the
draft folder before sending it out direct from there?

Just double-click a draft item, make your changes, then click the "X" to
close it. Outlook will ask if you want to save the changes.

The changes was done by someone else as was sent back to me as an e-mail
attachement. How to replace the original draft with this new file ?

Save the attachment in the Drafts folder. Drag it from the message to the
folder.

I tried but it does not work.

The mail could not appear as a draft in the folder after dragging to it.

May I know why ?
