MS Outlook-2003-An internal support function returned an error mes

[Internal Error]

When I forward emails I sometimes get the message "An internal support
function returned an error message" and it will not send the email.

What is the internal support function and how do I fix it???

When I researched this I found many hits, mostly pointing to a
Distribution List and duplicate (one-off) entries.

Are you trying to send to a Distribution List? If so, does the
error only occur when you are trying to send to one specific
distribution list?

I haven't taken notice if it's just a specific distribution list but I will
check that out. I read the article but do not understand what to do. What
are one-off entries?
