MS Outlook 2003 doesn't work

When I start my new accounts in MS Outlook 2003 I receive message "reported
error 0x80040154 unknown error". The same account work normally in the other
computer. My OS is in new computer Windows XPSP3, account are 3 - 2 standard
(pop3) and 1 gmail(pop3-port995 and smtp-port465). I start 4 times Detect and
Repair, uninstall then install, then stop antivirus (NOD32), stop firewall...
nothing the result is error. But the mail client "Opera" working without
problem.

Please help me to correckt that!
