Hi,
I have a user who creates shortcuts in her MS Outlook 2003. But the last
time we looked into this problem, the short-cuts that she deleted returned
after she logged off or shut down.
We found the problem to be with batch file over writing the outlook xml.
Then we replaced the batch file to old one and it is working fine.
But we've been notified this time of the opposite. That the short-cuts she
has created has disappeared when she logs-off or shuts down. All I did was a
basic profile reset & that appears to have worked.
Is there any reason why this is happening to this single user? Or is there a
permanent fix appart from re-imaging her PC?
