MS Outlook 2003 Sync Issues error 0x8004010F

Casey M.

On Outlook 2003 when sending and receiving on my MS exchange server account,
I receive an error message with a red exclamation point saying, (Task
'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F): 'The operation
failed. An object could not be found.') Every time I do a send/receive, this
error is created. Every error is logged in a Sync Issues folder, which is
found under the folder list. The log entries are labeled Sychronization Log.
The following information appears in red text at the bottom of each log with
only the times being different, 8:52:08 Microsoft Exchange offline address
book
8:52:08 0X8004010F

Does anyone know anything about this error and how to solve this problem? My
sending and receiving has created 502 Sync Issues error logs. Thank you

I have read these two articles as suggested by Kathleen Orland on 2/6 for a
solution
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;312354
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;324918

The first article sounds like a potential solution to
the problem, although I don't want to create a new profile. From what I have
read, you are given a default profile when the MS exchange server account is
created. I also have set up a POP3 account. I should be able to have both
accounts under the one profile and not have to create a new one. I'm
wondering if I have to create a new one to replace the default one created
for me? I'm not sure what to do. Any help with this problem would be great.
Thank you
