MS outlook 2003 Time/Date Format

Dear Expert,
I am using MS Outlook 2003.
I need to copy the Mail subject (more than 1000 mails) and run analysis on
certain statistics.
I would highlight, copy and paste to Excel.
It would show up the mail subject, date, time, size ....... in Excel.
The problem is that some mails may be doubly sent to me. (if it send to me
and cc a group address including me, I may get twice.)
The crux of problem is that .... I copy/paste the headline to Excel ...
Date/time format is not consistent.
Some are 21/04
Some are 20/04 15:23
Some are 22/04 Wed
In other words, some have date/time shown up, some are missed.
I can filter(delete) in Excel easily if it is duplicated. But I don't know
why some mails are with time, some are without time after copying to EXCEL. I
can see time/date normally in MS Outlook.
How can I set so that I can consistently get the subject and date/time
correctly while copying to Excelplease ?
Thanks
Elton

Your "Received" column is probably set to "Best Fit" instead of a specific
date/time format.
You can change your preference by customizing your view;
View-> Arrange By-> Custom...-> Format Columns...
