MS Outlook 2003

I want for Outlook 2003 to configure itself when the user logs in to the PC
for the first time; is it possible? also once is done the first time how the
system would know that it was done before.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Deploy Office with customized settings through a mst-file for instance.
Another way to go would be to use a prf-file. More info can be find in the
Office Resource Kit.
