I am using MS outlook 2007 via my Dell laptop. I am also using MS outlook
2007 on my desktop. At this time, I can;t use MS O/2007 on my laptop when I
am in the field and not at home. I was told by my internet service provider
(Bellsouth) when I use my laptop at home, they are responsible with my
network and my emails are passed through them. Bellsouth also stated that
when I am in the field away from home, my emails are no longer routed by them
through my internet connection. Bellsouth suggested that I contact MS and
have them configure my laptop so I can see and send out emails using the MS
outlook 2007, configued to my desktop application. In other words. I want to
be able to see the same emails in my laptop that goes to my desktop. Please
advise.

I'm assuming you're using POP3 mail accounts. Set up your mail accounts on
both machines to leave a copy of each message on the server after Outlook
downloads it. You can also set an "expiration date" so that messages left on
the server past, say, 5 days will be deleted from the server (they'll still
be in Outlook). You can usually also set messages on the server to be
deleted if you delete them in Outlook.
