MS Outlook 2k to XP w/ Exchange 5.5

I recently moved from MS Office '97/2k to XP. Now Outlook
is constantly "Requesting data from Microsoft Exchange
Server"

I'm running MS Outlook against MS Exchange 5.5.

Appreciate any help.
