MS Outlook and ASP.NET

I need to send e-mail from a ASP.NET application, but will not be able to
have account "credential" as is need in ASP.NET 2.0 smtp mail. I was
wondering if it is possible to install MS Outlook on a Intranet web server,
and call up outlook from ASP.NET to send mail. If so, do you know of an
article showing you how to do this?
