ms outlook cannot connect to pop3 server _ Outlook express can connect

Hi There,

Ms outlook 2000+2003 cannot connect to our exchange 2000 pop3server.. While
outlook express can connect to it..
Why is this ?
Also there is a event in application manager on server : Event id: 1051
POP#SVC
Unexpected error condition: call to function CEncryptCtx::CheckServerCert()
resulted in error code 0x800cc80



Anyone can help me out here?

What's the event ID source?
Does Outlook display any errors when it can't connect to the pop3 server?

Because something in the Outlook configuration is preventing it.

"0x800cc80" is not a valid error code. You're missing a digit. Post the
real error code.
