MS outlook days of the year

How do I get outlook 2002 calendar to show # of days in
the year. IE, monday, August 1st was the 213th day of the
year.

Also how can i show a count down to the end of the year.

IE monday August 1st there were 152 days left in the year

I have looked on your website and have not been able to
find the answer
