ms outlook error 1328

Error 1328

After opening ms outlook error 1328 comes up has something to do with
c:\config.msi\pt170.tmp Then after this message it kicks me out of MS
Outlook.
All other MS Office programs work ok.
Please help

Have you tried a Detect & Repair operation from the Office 2003 install CD?
