Ms Outlook Error message

Hi,

When i close outlook, always an error message says:
Error signature
App name: outlook.exe
modver:10.02625.0
Appver: 10.02626.0
offset: 0001e85d
modname: msmapi32.dll

Anybody knows how to solve it, plz reply me
