Hi,
Wanted to know if anyone has come accross this issue before.
When we send a file in HTML format to a user, all the special characters are
replace by squares.
It's not the view of the file or the anti-virus since it's been disable for
the testing. On our system it works fine but the customers system is not.
I've tested it with various emails "Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo". The only one
that didn't pass was Hotmail.
When I enable POP3 on the other two accounts and got the email on my
desktop, the same issue the customer was reporting was produce.
I tried using Outlook express and wasn't able to reproduce the issues only
on the full Outlook program.
Is there a setting that I can change or security option I can disable for this
