MS Outlook Go to a certain number of days prior or in the future

Needing to find 30, 60, and 90 days from hire date to figure employees'
effective date for sick pay, insurance eligibility, vacation eligibilty, etc.

Please Help!

Use a new appointment item and in the End Time, put in 30d and tab out. Do
the same for additional dates.
