MS Outlook has been reset as my default mail folder and I wanted Y

I have been using Yahoo as my default mail. Whenever I was online and would
clidk File - Send Page by E-mail my Yahoo mail account would pop up. I just
ran an Update for MS office and Outlook was included in the updates. Now
whenever I click File - Send Page by E-mail the Outlook mailbox opens up. I
do not use this account and desperately need to get back to Yahoo. I pulled
down Tools - Internet Options - Programs and under E-mail Yahoo is not even
an option. No matter what I click on (even Hotmail) it reverts to Outlook.
Please help me if possible. I constantly use this feature. Outlook is not
even properly enabled on my computer so I cannot send and receive e-mails
from there. I need to get back to Yahoo.

Tip from me...
Go to the control panel and open add/remove programs, on the left side
should you have something called choose standard programs (I don't use
english operativsystem so I don't know the exact name). Maybe changing the
standard program for e-mail will solve your problem, it might be set to
Outlook now.
But this asumes that you are using Windows XP
