MS Outlook indent forward reply messages

hi there,
I would like to know how to change settings such that whenever I reply or
forward a message, it indents the old message with an "unbroken vertical
line".
I think such a provision exist in OutExp, but how does one do in MS Outlook

The following will give you an indent with a horizontal line.
Tolls > Options > Preferences tab > Email Options > change replying to a
message and forwarding a message drop down boxes

no actually I was asking about indent with "vertical" line to the left of old
messge
