MS Outlook - keyboard configuration

I am in the UK, I have the keyboard set to UK, in all other MS progs it works
fine, with the exception of outlook, where the " and the @ keys have been
swapped round, so to do a " I have to use the @ key and visa versa. Any ideas?

You may need to change some of your Regional Settings.

Open Control Panel | Regional and Language Options
Regional Options tab....set to English (U.K.)
Advanced Tab...set the Language for non-Unicode programs to English (U.K.)

That's all I can suggest.
