MS Outlook missing OMINT.DLL File

I purchased XP, loaded it, everything went well but when
I try to use Microsoft Outlook, I receive an error
message that the OMINT.DLL file. I have a slew of e-mail
saved on MS Outlook and need to get in. Did a search for
the .dll file, nothing. I do not have the original cd.
Any ideas??
