MS Outlook opening file

When I open Outlook I immediately get a pop up telling me to update Trend
Micro. I do not use Trend Micro, never have and want to know how to disable
this annoying pop up?

It appears it is installed though. Verify your software installation.

I did find a Trend Micro file but no program installed. I deleted the file
folder from my C drive and it seems to have stopped? Thx.
