MS Outlook Profile Generation Utility

Hi, I'm using Windows XP with Outlook 2002 SP-2
and I'm constantly getting this error message about
mishapp in using "MS Outlook Profile Generation Utility"
at startup.
Does anybody have a clue how to fix this??
Microsoft Support pages doesn't offer any help!
