MS Outlook starting problem

On my PC :: Windows XP SP1, MS OfficeXP SP2.
Opening MS Outlook, error message "this application has
failed to start because mapir.dll was not found".
Please help me solve this problem

Oh, and just delete the MAPI folder and reinstall. (Not the MAPI32 folder)
