MS Outlook - Trying to connect

Using MS Outlook to connect to our company's MS Exchange server. I can
connect when in the office and when I am traveling - at most Internet
connections - ISP providers. I have found that a few times I cannot connect
and it appears due to what router or ISP is being utilized. Any suggestions
how to get pass this problem?
