MS Outlook XP - how to encrypt and decrypt outgoing contents?

Need an attachment to be sending out by using encryption.
How to encrypt it? If the receiving party forward it to
someone else; can they read it...which i do not hope it
will..

You cannot prevent someone from forwarding an attachment in the current
versions of Office. Office 2003 with WRM (Windows Rights Management) will
allow you to restrict what the mail recipient can do with the mail,
including printing, forwarding or editing the message.
