MS-Outlook2000 not synchronizing new messages.

I have recently upgraded Win2000 to WinXP Professional, now I have been
noticing the new E-mails are still sitting in the mailbox of Exchange server.
I have to force the new messages to move from the mailbox to my personal
folder on the Hard disk.
