MS Photo Editor 3.01 default Save As folder

How to make MS Photo Editor 3.01 to save a file in a
folder displayed in the Save in: box of the Save As window
instead of in the [d:]\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\
folder it chooses all the time despite that another folder
is displayed in the Save in: box of the Save As window,
please?

Hi Eugene,
Just a suggestion:
In IE go to tools / internet options / 1st click delete cookies / 2nd click delete files. This should clear your cache.
Next, create a new folder in your Documents named appropriately.
Next, open PE / open and edit a file / save as to this folder.

I have been experiencing this exact same problem recently. Extremely frusturating.
Have tried everything I can think of including removing and reinstalling PE. I am at my wits end with this.
