MS Photoedit does'nt open *.jpg files with spaces in between the words in the filename

I have a problem on a Windows NT 4.0 (SP6aNL) machine. When i get
photos wich contain spaces i can't open the file, when i change the
filename and leave the spaces out, it will open.

Hope someone can help.
