MS Picture it Photo error

I have tried to load this program several times and still get the same message Error 1305, cannot install on this drive try c: or d: I am already trying the c: drive to no avail. Any solutions??

Why are you posting this here?! PI has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do
with Office. Please repost in the correct group.

You don't say what version of Picture it your using, but we had a similar problem with Digital Photo Suite. We disabled many of the programs that load at startup, re-started the system then installation went fine. Apparently there is a conflict between some programs during installation that are running in the background. Also did you disable your firewall and virus software before trying to install
As suggested you can post this in the picture it group and John or someone there may be able to provide you with more help.
