No, this is not possible. In Microsoft Project, the software stores all
Work and Duration data in minutes, but converts it to hours in Work fields
and to days in Duration fields. The software displays both Work and
Duration to two decimal points of precision, and there is no way to change
that. Alternatively, you could create a custom field for Work or Actual
Work that "rounds off" the numbers for you. But there is no way to change a
setting to make this happen in the Work and Actual Work fields. Hope this
