MS Project 03 - Will not save file, gives "file cannot be opened".

MS Project 2003 will not save the project file or saves a corrupted file
(tasks/resources missing). When the file cannot be saved, a "file cannot be
opened" window is displayed. No error indictation is provided when the data
corruption occurs. The project file includes 1500+ tasks.

If you suspect a corrupt file, you could try the suggestions in FAQ Item:
43. File Bloat? - Might be Corruption.

Mike,

Thanks. I believe that you solved my problem. I saved immediately after
opening the mpp file, the saved size was 1/2 of the original size and I have
not of yet seen either the error message nor corrupted data.
