No, sorry. Resource overallocation is a resource issue and critical
path is a task property. While you can view assignment information
(Resource(s) names assigned) in the Task Usage view you cannot tell
whether the resource is overallocated.
You can see if a resource is overallocated in the Resource Usage
view and could add the Gantt chart at the bottom of the screen, but
the Gantt chart will only show tasks for the selected resources. I
suppose you could select all resources in the Resource Usage view
(top pane) and then see all tasks assigned in the lower pane. Sadly
split views aren't printable. You could take a screen capture
(PrtScn) and then paste that into the Paint program for a picture of
the view.
