MS Project 2003 and SOAP error

Hi and thanks in advance

I have installed SPS 2003 and MS Project server 2003 on the same machine.
All have been working right, but now started to have some errors.

When I start the "Project Server Connection Service" I get the following
three errors... I have been looking for a solution but I have found Nothing.

Can Someone help me?
